A compilation of tracks from the albums Amboy Dukes (A5,B2,B3,B4) and Journey To The Center Of The Mind (A1,A2,A3,A4,B1). For some reason, Shad did not include any tracks from the 3rd Mainstream effort by The Nuge and his Dukes, Migrations. However, Migrations and Journey To The Center Of The Mind were released together as Journeys and Migrations (MRL 801) in the Red Lion's twofer series. Due to this, original pressings of Migrations are hard to come by and fetch high prices while the other two albums have been reissued many times and are almost always inexpensive, sometimes $5 or less.
